J.Friend and Co, NZ Artisan Vipers Bugloss Honey 

Harvested from the remote Clarence Valley on Muzzle Station in the South Island of New Zealand, Vipers Bugloss is a pale coloured honey with a distinctive bluish tinge. It is sweet and delicate with a floral bouquet and is suitable for a wide variety of culinary applications. 
Mild enough for mob cooking it will add delicate honey flavours to any dish, sweet or savoury.
